The self-sealing bags are pre-folded and provide precise and quick sealing without the need for heat sealing machines. They are particularly suitable for use in small general practices, dental surgery clinics that want to avoid the cost of additional sealing equipment.

The self-sealing bag is made of transparent PET/PP high temperature composite film and medical dialysis paper. It does not need to be sealed with a professional sealing machine. It meets the requirements of ISO11607 and EN868-5 and is suitable for high temperature steam (STEAM) and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization methods. Using water-based non-toxic ink to meet the requirements of ISO11140-1 standard, the color change after sterilization is accurate and clear. Suitable for hospitals, dental clinics and cosmetic centers, CSSD, etc.

Sterilization Discoloration: The initial pink color turns brown/yellow after ETO treatment

Steam treatment: Blue color is visible initially, which turns grey/black after steam treatment.

Method of sterilization:

Steam sterilization

Using steam sterilization at 121°C, the sterilization time is 20-30 minutes.

Using steam sterilization at 132°C, the sterilization time is 4 minutes.

The volume of sterilized items should be between 5% and 80% of the volume of the sterilizer.

Ethylene oxide sterilization:

The concentration of ethylene oxide is 800 to 1000 mg/l, and the relative temperature is 55°C to 60°C. When the relative humidity is 60-80%, the sterilization time is 6 hours.
