Electroporation is a modern method that supports the passage of macromolecules from the extracellular space to the interior of cells. This method uses the creation of channels in cell membranes under the influence of a magnetic field through which particles can freely penetrate into the interior of the cell. Thanks to it, substances can enter the skin that would not be absorbed naturally due to their excessive size. Short electrical pulses with high voltages cause lipids to disorganize and create irregular spaces in cell membranes.
