USE:

STEP 1: Preparation

1. Remove contact lenses.
2. Cleanse the eye area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover, a lash-strengthening eye makeup remover.
3. For optimal results, use RefectoCil saline solution to remove residue.
4. Use RefectoCil silicone pads or skin protection cream and eye protection paper as directed.
5. STEP 2: Mix and apply

• Immediately before tinting, mix 2cm of shade and 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream into a creamy paste.
• Then apply to eyebrows and eyelashes.

STEP 3: Application time

• Eyelashes: 10 minutes.
• Eyebrows: 10 minutes.

STEP 4: Ready!

• Clean with cotton pads and water.
