    Instrument cleaning and disinfection agent Gigasept® Instru AF

    Gigasept® Instru AF is a concentrated combined preparation for instrument cleaning and disinfection, without aldehydes. The preparation cleans and disinfects medical and beauty salon instruments made of plastic, metal, glass, porcelain, synthetic materials, rubber. Suitable for use for pre-washing of instruments before machine disinfection. Gigasept® Instru AF is also used in ultrasound baths.

    Not suitable for flexible endoscopes.

    Under the guidance of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania in 2010 April 20 By order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania no. V-305 2007 August 1 Order no. V-633 "CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF THE LITHUANIAN HYGIENE STANDARDS HN 117:2007 "HEALTH SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR BEAUTY SERVICES" in clauses 1.9 and 1.15 of the amendment, medical devices can be used in companies providing beauty services:

    Disinfection of surfaces, equipment, tools, and hands must be done with disinfectants that are allowed to be used in accordance with the procedure established by legislation [3.8; 3.15]. Disinfectants must be used according to the purpose and instructions for use specified by the manufacturer of the disinfectant. Instructions for use must be kept at the place of provision of services."


    According to the above-mentioned legal act, the medical device Gigasept Instru AF can be used to clean and disinfect tools used in beauty salons, hair salons, tattoo and piercing salons, in compliance with the instructions for use provided by the manufacturer.

    Gigasept® Instru AF affects the following microorganisms:

    - bacteria, including TB;
    - fungi;
    - hepatitis B and C viruses, HIV, Adeno viruses, Papova SV 40 virus.


    Usage:

    The concentrate is diluted with water, the solutions are prepared as follows:

    3% - 30 ml of Gigasept® Instru AF - 970 ml of water
    2% - 20 ml of Gigasept® Instru AF - 980 ml of water
    1.5% - 15 ml of Gigasept® Instru AF - 985 ml of water

    Solutions used for cleaning and disinfection of instruments: 3% - 15 min., 2% - 30 min., 1.5% - 60 min.

    The working solution is effective for 7 days and is changed earlier if its color changes or precipitates fall out. Instruments, if they can be disassembled, are disassembled and soaked in a covered container. Channels and cavities of hollow instruments must be filled with solution so that there are no air bubbles. Disinfected instruments are washed with running or sterile water.

    Disinfection in ultrasonic baths with a 3% solution for 5 minutes.


    Composition:

    100g of Gigasept® Instru AF liquid contains 14g of cocopropylenediamineguanidine diacetate, 35g of phenoxypropanol, 2.5g of benzalkonium chloride, 5-15% anionic substances, solvents, pH regulators, anti-corrosion inhibitors, aromatic substances.
