Usage:

Do not apply body lotion or soap before using the glove. Your skin should not be slippery. Wet your body under warm water or steam for a couple of minutes to open your pores and prepare your skin for exfoliation. Before using the glove, moisten it with warm water, wear it on your hand like a glove and start massaging it into damp skin. Use long, longitudinal, gentle strokes. You will see the results in a few minutes. Adding more pressure will give your skin a stronger exfoliation. For the first time, use gently without strong pressure. Over time, you can try increasing the pressure to achieve a deeper scrub.

After scrubbing, wash your body with a moisturizing soap/gel and finish with a body lotion.

You can repeat this procedure every 2 weeks or more.

Remember that your skin needs time between exfoliations, so avoid doing this exfoliation too often.
