    USE:

    APPLIED FOR SKIN EXFOLIATION

Exfoliation is a procedure where the dead surface layers of skin cells are mechanically or chemically removed from the skin. This stimulates the growth of cells in the inner layer of the skin and promotes its renewal. When dead skin is removed, nutrients penetrate into its inner layer more easily. Currently, skin care professionals firmly state that exfoliation is the only way to preserve the flawless appearance of the skin.

EXFOLIATION with 30% or 40% mandelic acid

Mandelic acid is obtained by hydrolyzing bitter almond extract. It is not only safe for the skin, but also very effective. Thanks to the gradual penetration into the deeper layers of the epidermis, a quick effect can be achieved without skin irritation and discomfort. Mandelic acid is a non-toxic compound that does not increase the skin's sensitivity to solar radiation, so exfoliation using mandelic acid can be done at any time of the year.

The acid is safe for every skin phototype. Mandelic acid treatment can also be applied to certain parts of the body, such as the thighs, back, abdomen, arms, as well as dry skin on the elbows, knees or feet. The effect is visible after the first use. The skin becomes smooth, radiant, the skin structure improves, and dead skin cells are removed from the epidermis.

What is the exfoliation procedure using 40% mandelic acid?

    1. First, we remove make-up residues from the face and tone the skin, leaving the face clean.
    2. We apply AHA acid activators or another type of gel - activator in preparation for the procedure. After the activator is absorbed, after a couple of minutes, wash the face with clean water and dry the skin thoroughly.
    3. We apply cosmetic vaseline to the areas with various small skin lesions, as well as the corners of the lips and nose and particularly sensitive areas and cover with gauze so that the acid agent does not get on the protected skin areas. The eyelids (when performing the procedure on another) must be covered with dry, clean cosmetic swabs that protect the eyes from acid penetration and entry.
    4. We put on disposable gloves.
    5. To distribute mandelic acid on the skin, it is recommended to use a cosmetic brush. ATTENTION! The first procedure is always performed for 2 to 3 minutes, but each subsequent use time is extended by 2 minutes. It is important to never exceed the maximum exfoliation time, which is up to 10 minutes. In the areas of hands, forearms or thighs, the longest procedure time is up to 20 minutes. Do not forget to constantly monitor the progress of the procedure (monitor the time). In case of strong skin reactions to acids, apply a neutralizer immediately, and finally soothe the skin with an alginate mask.

    6. Spread the neutralizer on the areas where the acid scrub was applied and leave for 2 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
    7. After scrubbing, it is recommended to use an intensely regenerating face mask, serum or other cosmetic product that effectively nourishes and moisturizes the skin. After 15 - 20 min. wash and dry the skin.
    8. It is recommended to use an SPF 50 sun protection cream during the procedure.

Before use, it is recommended to consult a qualified beauty specialist in order to avoid any skin damage or complications, and it is also necessary to assess the condition of your skin.
